Sarah

Yoga

Sarah began practising yoga regularly during her time at University but was first introduced to the practice by her mother who attended local classes in their village hall. She combined her love of travel with yoga and completed her teacher training in 2016 in Goa, India. Since then she has enjoyed introducing the benefits of yoga to new groups of people and has completed training in the more restorative form of yin yoga. Sarah is passionate about the fact that yoga is for everybody, encouraging everyone to try the practice regardless of size, age, colour or gender. She wants to inspire people to celebrate their bodies and find their “edge” in their yoga practice, all in a safe and fun way!

Jen

Yoga

“I want to teach and train others in what I have found to be the greatest gift. I want to help others with their health and wellbeing whether that be physically or mentally. I am walking proof that it may not be for you to begin with but keep going and the most amazing things will begin to happen. Better moods, patience, aches and pains will start to deteriorate, you will feel the best you have ever felt and most importantly you will learn how to control your mental state. Join me on this Journey, I promise you, it will be worth it.”

Cheree

Dance

Cherees love for dance has always been her passion since being a little girl. She left school and went straight to college and studied professional dance where she also trained with visual statement performing arts from the age of 9 until her adult life. Cheree has performed in many different roles such as a Vegas showgirl, Disney Princess and most recently the Ariana Grande tribute and she is now an active dancer as part of the Scottish Rockettes dance team! She loves to see people light up while dancing and letting go of all their insecurities and worries. Dance is her escape and she wants to share that with everyone in her class. Her main goal is to provide a safe space where people feel supported and can really let themselves be free!
